An even better day is when she moves her team, and consequently BrewHub, closer to their goals. Her priority is identifying the best tools and resources for people to thrive and providing access to them.
Known for her approachability, Amanda enjoys an opportunity to catch up with individual members of the team. What motivates them? What are they passionate about? What challenges are they facing? And what support can she provide? Sometimes, this just means, knowing the right person to connect them to.
For me communication is key. One on one engagement with each team member really is the foundation of employee development.
