Our highly motivated Client Experience Manager, Casey Nadalini (she/her) is known for her positive and collaborative relationships. Casey’s strength lies in her ability to create first and lasting impressions for employees, visitors and contractors who enter a building. Doing so with an infectious smile.

When others might see a problem, Casey sees an opportunity and a solution. Her resourcefulness is her superpower. Living by the mantra of making someone’s day, Casey thrives when she can genuinely assist people.

Casey’s drive to find the best possible outcome is what makes her an asset for her team.

Each team member plays their part, smoothly coming together in harmony to provide a seamless experience for BrewHub’s clients.

When roll-out day arrives (install a machine and services for a new client) Casey loves it when everything comes together.

Casey’s prime motivating value at BrewHub is purpose, supporting and inspiring the team to achieve their collective business outcomes whilst always mindful of her other favourite value – mastery. Guided by a personal philosophy that every new experience offers potential for growth, Casey adopts this approach for clients and her team.

She strongly believes innovation paired with a passion for people are cornerstones to delivering a seamless BrewHub experience.

Casey only manages to survive her busy schedule by being extremely organised with the help of strong coffee which she loves – a long mac topped up or a Batch brew – her two cups of choice.
