What’s new at Spacecubed? 

We opened our latest flexible work-space – the inspiring and vibrant ‘Fern’ – in September 2020. Offering multiple co-working desks, offices, and meeting rooms over three expansive floors at 79 St Georges Terrace, Fern is perfect for every size of business. Especially proud of the light filled space and state of the art amenities, our priority is creating a connected community of members.

SpaceCubed’s relationship with BrewHub 

In 2019, BrewHub was on the look-out for a base in the Perth CBD, where BrewHubbers can quietly catch up on some work, collaborate or host a meeting with their CBD clients. They became aware of workspace innovators Spacecubed; transforming unused buildings into beautiful, state of the art and flexible co-working spaces for businesses and busy individuals to use.  

Spacecubed shares BrewHub’s passion for intelligent workplace design that enhances the wellbeing and productivity of people inhabiting the space. When Spacecubed decided to re-activate the former ANZ bank storage offices in the heart of the city, BrewHub seized an opportunity to collaborate with them. Showcasing our services to Ophelie Cutier, the Head of Strategic Projects, we introduced Spacecubed to the first rate TopBrewer coffee experience.

What we were looking for at Spacecubed?speech icon

  1. We were looking to create an inviting kitchen space at Fern that complemented the high spec’ work and break out spaces – strengthening our membership offering.
  2. We wanted a unique coffee experience for members, one that looks and tastes great but is streamlined to use, offering little mess and minimal noise.
  3. We were looking for an overall coffee experience that would encourage members to meet, talk and build connection.

Did BrewHub deliver?

  1. It’s great to work with a company like BrewHub that completely understands our design approach and high expectations for re-activated workspaces.
  2. Their recommendations for Fern were spot-on – the TopBrewer exceeds all expectations and the BrewHub valet visits three times a week to maintain a first-rate coffee experience for members.
  3. Our members regularly tell us how great the coffee tastes and how much they enjoy using the streamlined tap and countertop controls.
  4. The TopBrewer coffee machine is considerate to all our members – it offers a high standard of cleanliness and quiet delivery for people working nearby.

I watch our members gather together around the TopBrewer, drawn into the communal space. BrewHub is helping us build a connected and engaged community at Fern.
